UAL's Online Estates Programme

We've been working on our online estate for a couple of years now...and at least 2 more years to go!... Its basically looking at processes and services that are analogue and moving then to digital. I'm one of the 2 programme sponsors and  much of the project is based in the IT department...

Its a really interesting programme which makes a great deal of use of Service Design/UX and lean approaches where needed.
